Here are some frequently asked questions, if you need any other answers please get in touch!
How do we differ from other design agencies?
Our motto is for scientists, by scientists. We are all active publishing scientists who also have backgrounds in design and art. Our team can interpret complex scientific concepts quickly without the need for excess back and forth. As active scientists, we stay on top of current scientific literature, which enables us to visualise your concepts accurately and innovatively.
How long does it take?
Depending on the type of project or design requirements, you should see initial design concepts or analysis results from within 48 hours to a few weeks. We understand that researchers often have tight deadlines and so we can accommodate for quick turnarounds.
What information do we need to create your graphics?
Depending on your concept and how well developed it is we can work with you to conceptualise your ideas through in person or virtual meeting, or, if the concept is well developed, you can just provide us with a manuscript and we will do the rest. In this case, confidentiality of your research is paramount.
What information do we need to analyse your data?
Well, first, we need your data! Usually we will organise a meeting to discuss your data analysis goals. In some cases, this might include developing questions and hypothesis. We will then be able to develop a protocol to meet your goals and provide work out a timeline.
How much does it cost?
Our services range in cost depending on the complexity and the volume of the project. Once we know what you require we can provide you with a quote for the project so you don’t get any nasty surprises at the end. By the way, quotes are for free!
